Directions from Swallownest to our Rotherham base
Swallownest runs along the A57 with housing set back on side roads and estates. Main road noise and parking differ from the quieter closes behind the shops. Some properties have drives. Others rely on a short stop on a busy frontage.
From Wickersley we usually come via Whiston and Treeton or the southern ring toward Aston. The last half mile decides van size more than the overall mileage.
Share photos of the drive and the stairs if the property is split level. We plan packing and loading so the van is not blocking the A57 longer than needed.
